Prodotta nel Parco Nazionale del Cilento, a soli 3 km dalla costa di Ascea, questa marmellata rappresenta la tradizione e l'amore per la nostra terra. Le arance Washiton, famose per l'assenza di semi e per il loro gusto succoso e dolce, vengono accuratamente raccolte a mano nei nostri agrumeti. Seguendo un'antica ricetta che prevede una lunga preparazione, utilizziamo anche la buccia delle arance per conferire alla marmellata una deliziosa nota agrumata e una consistenza unica. Oltre alle nostre arance di qualità superiore, nella nostra marmellata utilizziamo solo zucchero italiano e succo di limone spremuto a freddo, un ingrediente naturale che aiuta la conservazione e aggiunge un tocco di freschezza. Questi frutti, piccoli e succosi, ci regalano una confettura dal sapore intenso e ricco di sfumature. Abbiamo scelto di mantenere solo due ingredienti: mirtilli e zucchero di canna, utilizzato in una quantità minima del 25%. Senza l'aggiunta di succo di limone, la nostra confettura esalta la purezza e la qualità dei mirtilli, offrendo un prodotto genuino e naturalmente dolce. Con la sua consistenza vellutata e il gusto inconfondibile, la nostra Confettura Extra di Mirtillo cattura l'essenza del Cilento.

Abbiamo scelto di mantenere solo due ingredienti: fragole e zucchero di canna, per offrire un prodotto genuino e di alta qualità. Con una concentrazione di frutta superiore al 120%, la nostra confettura è straordinariamente ricca e gustosa. Non abbiamo aggiunto succo di limone, convinti che la purezza e la qualità delle nostre fragole siano sufficienti a garantire un sapore superiore.

The bearing beams are connected with diagonal bracings with constant spacing of 2.5 metres forming a grid 250x200cm.
